Concrete Repair FAQ

Can you raise sunken concrete instead of replacing it?

Often, yes. If the slab is still structurally sound, leveling (mudjacking or foam lifting) raises it back into place for far less than a tear-out. We tell you honestly which option makes sense for your slab.

Why does concrete crack and sink here?

Freeze-thaw, poor base prep, soil washing out under the slab, and tree roots are the usual culprits in Cache Valley. We fix the cause, not just the surface.

What does repair cost?
